We want you to feel absolutely fabulous in your new pieces, so if your order isn't a perfect match, our hassle-free returns process has you covered. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for any unworn items with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and 'That Sassy Thing' tags are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
